ARTS AND CRAFTS RULES AND REGULATIONS

 

Please read all the rules and regulations

 

 

1. All vendors must complete and sign the application form.  All payments must be pre-paid in full before any display of merchandise.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

Money orders and cashiers check would be made out to “Wanbli Ota Student Organization”.  Please send your applications and payment to:

2.  Weekend Price Only $125.00 due before March 19, 2004, there after $150.00

 

3.  Booth space:  A six-foot table with two chairs or either a 12-foot table with two chairs will be provided at your booth only upon request on your application.  If a third table is requested you will be charged $10.00.  Where the table is placed we ask that you please leave it there and do not move it. 

 

4.  Booth spaces are limited and will be issued on a first-come first serve basis, according to postmark date on the envelope and time of arrival of gymnasium. 

 

5.  Due to limited electrical facilities NO extra lighting may be used.

 

6.  No selling of food or beverages.

 

7.  Misrepresentations of items are not allowed.  For example:  If an item is not Native American handmade it cannot be represented as such.  Booth operator or family member must make all items being sold.  NO WHOLESALERS of jewelry will be allowed. 

 

8.  Vendors will be able to set up at 4:30 on Friday March 26, 2004.  NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER BEFORE THAT TIME.   Please take this into consideration, this gives the club members enough time to have the tables and chairs set up for you.

 

9.  Vendors will be allowed to unload at the entrance of Fort Lewis College gymnasium, but must park their vehicles in the proper parking facilities after unloading.  Vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Unloading and gates will be done on this specific time set:

 4 pm-10 pm Friday and 4pm-6 pm on Sunday, the gates will not be opened on Saturday, due to pervious vendors leaving vehicles in fire and handicapped zones. 

 

10.  Hozhoni Days is a drug and alcohol free event.  No drugs or alcohol are allowed on Fort Lewis College Campus.  Authorities will remove anyone violating this rule and fees paid will not be reimbursed. 

 

11.  The facilities will be locked every evening after the event.  Vendors are allowed to leave items inside, but Wanbli Ota Club and Fort Lewis College will not be responsible for stolen, damage or missing items. 

 

 

I THE UNDERSIGNED, HAVE READ ALL THE RULES AND REGULATIONS AND WILL NOT HOLD THE WANBLI OTA STUDENT ORGANIZATION AND FORT LEWIS COLLEGE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE, NOR WILL THEY ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OCCURRED THROUGH NEGLIGENCE, CARELESSNESS, MISCONDUCT OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON.  I AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE DURATION OT THE EVENT.
